ph856 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "ph856", "we", "us", or "the Company" refers to the operator of the ph856 platform and all associated services accessible at ph856.net.
• "Platform" means the ph856 website, mobile site, and any application or interface through which ph856 services are delivered.
• "Player", "you", or "your" means any individual who accesses the Platform, whether registered or not.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the ph856 Platform.
• "Balance" means the current PHP-denominated funds held in a Player's Account, excluding any bonus funds subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits granted by ph856 that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash balance.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total monetary value of bets that must be placed using Bonus Funds before those funds may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by ph856 prior to processing withdrawals, in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any activity defined in Section 10 of these Terms as grounds for account suspension or termination.
• "PHP" or "₱" means Philippine Peso, the sole currency of the ph856 Platform.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ph856. By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the ph856 Platform, you irrevocably accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with the ph856 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. In any event, you remain personally liable for compliance with all obligations set out herein.

ph856 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically.

To open and maintain an Account with ph856, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. ph856 strictly enforces the minimum age requirement applicable under Philippine gaming regulations. Underage gambling is illegal and will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
2. You must be a natural person — corporate accounts and accounts operated by legal entities are not permitted.
3. You must not be acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party when registering or using an Account.
4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of ph856, or an immediate family member of such a person.
5. You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order from ph856 or any other gaming operator recognised by Philippine gaming authorities.
6. You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law at the time of accessing the Platform.

Each Player may hold only one Account on the ph856 Platform. The existence of duplicate accounts — whether intentional or otherwise — constitutes a breach of these Terms. ph856 will merge or close duplicate accounts at its sole discretion, and any balance or bonus funds associated with a duplicate account may be forfeited.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Philippine mobile number or email address. You are obligated to update this information promptly if it changes.

Before processing your first withdrawal, ph856 will require you to complete KYC verification. Acceptable identity documents include:

• Philippine passport
• Philippine national ID (PhilSys)
• Driver's licence issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO)
• Social Security System (SSS) ID or UMID card
• Voter's ID or any other government-issued photographic identification

In addition to identity documents, ph856 may request proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days) and proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of GCash or Maya account in your name). Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period will result in withdrawal processing being suspended until verification is complete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph856 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. ph856 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account.

You must not share your Account credentials with any other person. ph856 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ph856 customer support immediately via live chat. ph856 may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation of any reported security incident.

All deposits to your ph856 Account must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment method belongs to another person — are strictly prohibited. ph856 will return funds received from unverified third-party sources and may suspend the Account pending investigation.

ph856 accepts the following deposit methods for Filipino players:

• GCash — instant crediting upon successful transaction confirmation
• Maya (formerly PayMaya) — instant crediting upon successful transaction confirmation
• BPI Online Banking — credited within one to three hours on banking days
• BDO Online Banking — credited within one to three hours on banking days
• Metrobank Online Banking — credited within one to three hours on banking days

Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed within the Cashier section of your Account at the time of transaction. ph856 does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges, for which ph856 accepts no responsibility.

All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). ph856 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and will not be responsible for any currency conversion losses incurred by a Player through their payment provider.

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to make a deposit on your Account. ph856 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

All withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of KYC verification as described in Section 4. ph856 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until identity and payment method verification is complete.

Standard withdrawal processing timelines are as follows:

• GCash and Maya: Processed within 24 hours of request approval, subject to KYC clearance
• BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfer: Processed within one business day of request approval, subject to banking system availability

ph856 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds, in compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). Processing of such requests may take longer than the standard timelines stated above.

ph856 offers promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the promotional offer, which must be read in conjunction with these Terms.

The following general conditions apply to all ph856 bonuses unless the specific promotional terms state otherwise:

1. Bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirement before any portion of the bonus balance may be withdrawn.
2. Only wagers placed on eligible games count toward the wagering requirement. Bets placed on excluded games while a bonus is active may result in bonus forfeiture.
3. ph856 bonuses have expiry dates. Any bonus not claimed within the promotional window, or not met within the validity period after activation, will be automatically removed from the Account.
4. ph856 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time, including after it has been credited to an Account, if there is reasonable suspicion of abuse.
5. Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the stated wagering completion pathway.
6. Only one bonus may be active per Account at any given time, unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.

All bets placed on the ph856 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the game or market in which the bet is placed. General betting rules applicable across the Platform are as follows:

• A bet is considered confirmed only when it has been accepted by the ph856 system and a confirmation reference is issued. Bets not confirmed due to technical error are considered void, and any staked amount will be returned to the Account Balance.
• ph856 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or on terms that were offered due to a manifest error, systems fault, or pricing error. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the Player.
• For live baccarat and table games, the result determined by the live dealer and confirmed on screen is final. No dispute may be raised regarding the outcome of a concluded round.
• For sports betting markets, results are settled based on official scores and results published by the relevant governing body. ph856 reserves the right to delay settlement pending official confirmation.
• For e-sports markets, results are settled based on the official match result as confirmed by the tournament organiser. Abandoned or postponed matches will be handled in accordance with the specific market rules applicable at the time of bet placement.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. These are displayed within each game or market interface and are subject to change at ph856's discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph856 Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Multi-accounting: Opening, operating, or being associated with more than one ph856 Account.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Use of automated software: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated decision-making tool to place bets or interact with the Platform on your behalf.
• Arbitrage abuse: Exploiting promotional offers or odds discrepancies in a manner that constitutes guaranteed profit without genuine risk, including through the use of lay betting on external platforms to offset ph856 bets.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your payment provider in relation to a valid ph856 deposit. ph856 will treat chargebacks as evidence of fraud and will pursue recovery through all available legal channels.
• Money laundering: Using the ph856 Platform for any purpose in violation of the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) or any applicable financial crime legislation.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or at any point during the account lifecycle.
• Exploitation of technical errors: Knowingly exploiting bugs, glitches, or system errors to gain an unfair advantage. Players who identify such errors are required to report them to ph856 support immediately.

ph856 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. All Players are encouraged to treat gambling as a form of entertainment and to wager only amounts they can afford to lose.

ph856 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Account holders at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly caps on funds added to your Account, adjustable from your Account dashboard.
• Loss Limits: Configurable limits on net losses over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Alerts and hard cut-offs on continuous play sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: A tool that suspends your Account for a specified period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of submission and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Failure to disclose a pre-existing self-exclusion does not relieve ph856 of its obligation to enforce self-exclusion once it becomes aware of it.

ph856 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any Account where the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player may be experiencing gambling-related harm, irrespective of whether the Player has requested such restrictions.

All content on the ph856 Platform, including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and data compilations, is the exclusive intellectual property of ph856 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any ph856 intellectual property without prior written consent.

Game software integrated into the ph856 Platform is licensed from third-party providers. Your right to use such software is limited to personal, non-commercial use within the ph856 Platform environment. Reverse engineering, decompilation, disassembly, or extraction of source code from any ph856 game or platform component is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph856's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph856 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if ph856 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ph856 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, third-party network failures, and force majeure events are excluded from ph856's liability. In the event of a technical failure that affects the settlement of bets or the outcome of games, ph856 will use reasonable efforts to determine a fair resolution, which may include voiding affected wagers and returning stakes to Players' Account Balances.

ph856 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Engagement in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 10
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder
• A regulatory or legal obligation requiring ph856 to restrict access

Upon termination of your Account for reasons other than Prohibited Conduct, ph856 will return your remaining Balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) to your verified payment method within a reasonable period. Where termination follows a finding of Prohibited Conduct, ph856 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation and, where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, to remit funds to the relevant authorities.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting ph856 customer support via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within five business days. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed in the ordinary course.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, that cannot be resolved through ph856's internal complaint resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

ph856 operates its gaming services in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the ph856 Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction. ph856 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful for use in all locations from which it may be accessed.

ph856 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account, or via a prominent notice on the Platform, at least seven days prior to the effective date of the change.

Non-material amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, and updates to reflect changes in applicable law — may take effect immediately upon publication without prior notice.

Your continued use of the ph856 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 14.
